Pencoose Pantry is a high quality catering business based near Truro, Cornwall run by William Marsden and his wife Nicola. We offer a creative approach to all types of celebrations, parties and corporate entertainment. As a small business this allows our contribution to be unique and personal.

We cook fresh, local and delicious food. We primarily source our ingredients from local suppliers and prepare them in our kitchen. We use free range meat, poultry and eggs as well as organic vegetables when available.

William is a knowledgeable, experienced and competent chef. He has cooked in a range of prestigious British restaurants including The Hole in the Wall, Bath, and The Walnut Tree, Abergavenny. Nicola has a back ground in fine art but has always loved cooking, food and parties…
