Showcase our wonderful Cornish products by choosing a 3 course menu for your guests at your wedding or larger celebration. Food is elegantly served but generous, decorated with fresh herbs and edible flowers.

Starters
William’s home cured beef bresaola with rocket leaves and shavings of Parmesan
Warm crab tart baked with saffron, mushroom béchamel and served with a green leaf salad
Smoked salmon mousse wrapped in smoked salmon and served with horseradish cream, watercress, pickled cucumber and lemon zest
Tri-colour beetroot salad with chilli, vegetable oil, lime, garlic and coriander, served on a bed of seasonal salad leaves with a sprinkling of pumpkin and roasted hazelnuts (VG)
Filo baskets with fresh tomato, avocado, mint, coriander, lime and chilli (VG)
Chargrilled asparagus, yellow courgettes and roasted cherry tomatoes with rocket and mozzarella (V)
Mains
Noisettes of lamb with a redcurrant and Madeira jus
Local roast fillet of beef with peppercorn crust and Hollandaise sauce
Breast of free-range chicken wrapped with Parma ham, stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto
Cornish roast duck with Cointreau and star anise
Local sea bass cooked gently cooked in foil, with lemon grass, ginger, chilli and coriander
Gateau of roast vegetables – aubergines, courgettes, red peppers, spinach with sauce vierge (VG)
Butternut and harissa butter “steak” roasted and served on a chickpea and
tomato stew with Moroccan spices (VG)
Served with a choice of vegetables
Dauphinoise potatoes
Roast potatoes with rosemary and garlic
Hot Cornish new potatoes with melted butter and fresh herbs

All food is freshly sourced, prepared and cooked for you.
Our chef and kitchen team will arrive prior to your event to cook your food on site where possible and serve it according to your to you at your preferred time.
Our efficient, polite staff will serve and look after your guests needs throughout the meal, replenishing water and wine and serving and clearing as required.
