Chef William Marsden

William is passionate about cooking and has many years of experience.  Some of the highlights of his career include working at The Hole in the Wall in Bath and The Walnut Tree in Abergavenny.  Successfully running Pencoose Pantry for 20 years,  he has been privileged to chef at some beautiful places in Cornwall, both private and public, cooking for royalty, film crews, the NHS and corporate events, weddings, parties and not least, delivering food to locals during lockdown.

Nothing is too much trouble.  His flexibility and ‘can do’ attitude is second to none.

Nicola Marsden

Nicola supports William (her husband) with all the enquiries and functions.  She is happy to help with all elements of events, from the initial brain storming of ideas and the creation of menus, to undertaking site visits and finally seeing your event through to the end. 

Nicola has a background in fine art, and has always loved cooking, food and parties.

Teri & The Team

Teri is our secret weapon to our success.  She is meticulous with the planning of the fine details of events and does not leave a stone unturned when it comes to thinking ahead and anticipating how the day will run.  She helps with the running of the office and loves attending the events, leading the front of  house team and supporting you on the day.

In the background we have a pool of wonderful hard-working staff, who we can draw on to support William and work as Front of House for all types of functions.   We know they will be polite, presentable  and trustworthy.  We are confident that they will be committed to your event, providing you with a great service whilst being professional and friendly.
