You may have family and friends staying over, or maybe you want to make the most of your holiday in Cornwall, or need some help over a busy time – our delicious home cooked food, freshly prepared for you by our chef, William could be the ideal solution.
With delivery to your door, all you need to do is to heat it up and serve at your convenience.

Game terrine with pheasant, pork and venison wrapped in streaky bacon
Chicken liver pate, topped with melted butter, with melba toast
Smoked salmon mousse wrapped in smoked salmon with watercress and lemon
Individual puff pastry tarts filled with mushroom, tarragon, brandy and cream (V)
Spinach roulade filled with mushroom and cream cheese (V)
Babba ganoush with with melba toast (Vegan)
Mains
Pork fillet medallions with a creamy prune, shallot and brandy sauce
Pot roasted Moroccan sweet chicken – a colourful dish with sweet potatoes
Boeuf bourguignon cooked with sweet chestnuts, carrots, shallots and red wine
Chicken, bacon and mushroom pie topped with William’s delicious short crust pastry
Moussaka with lamb mince, aubergine and a cheesy soufflé topping
William’s fish pie – prawns, smoked haddock, local white fish with a potato topping
Vegetarian lasagne with butternut squash, mushroom, spinach, ricotta and mozzarella (V)
Sweet potato, tomato and chickpea stew with Moroccan spices (Vegan)

Half OR whole ham with brown sugar and cloves – Price on application, dependant on weight

Dauphinoise potatoes sliced and baked with cream and garlic
Roasted root vegetables with carrots, beetroot, potatoes and parsnips

Red cabbage braised with cloves, onion, brown sugar and apple and balsamic vinegar

How It Works
All dishes are freshly prepared and cooked for you and will be delivered in foil containers, ready to be put in the oven, or served.
Each portion serves up to 6 adults.
£120 minimum order price applies.
Orders need to be made in advance (ideally 5 days minimum) and are subject to availability.
Delivery charges are dependant on distance – to be agreed when ordering.
